• Be current and relevant
• Be future-focused
• Be well-written and concise
• Address the standards

Educators Presenting Specific Products

If you are including a specific product in your presentation, please indicate so in the Proposal and indicate whether or not you benefit from the sale of the product.

Presentations by Exhibitors or Business Representatives

If you represent a company that is Exhibiting at the Conference, please be sure to indicate so in the Proposal.

If you represent a company but are not Exhibiting at the Conference, please be sure to indicate so in the Proposal.

Presenter Perks

Presenters receive complimentary conference registration which includes buffet or boxed lunch.

Agreement

During the Proposal process you will be expected to confirm your agreement with the following statements:

If selected,

• I (We) will present at the ACTEM 2020 Conference on October 20 or 21, 2020 Virtually.

• I (We) will arrive at least 30 minutes before my (our) scheduled session to address any setup issues.

• I (We) understand that due to the format of this conference, all session facilitators must register for the conference at the special Presenter Rate prior to October 1, 2020.

• I (We) will provide in digital format, my (our) presentation materials to the Conference Committee by October 9, 2020 and agree that these materials may be published on the ACTEM website or on a platform ACTEM chooses, and in the conference app.

• I (We) grant ACTEM the right and permission to use, publish and republish photographs or images in which I am (we are) included in whole or in part in printed or electronic media.

• If for some reason I am (we are) unable to present at the Conference, I (we) will notify the Conference Committee as soon as possible.
